programs as stand-alone services or as part of a fitness program.
Brad is also a nationally certified lifestyle and weight management
counselor through the American Counsel of Exercise. Depending
on person's life style and dietary needs Brad can structure
a program of healthy eating that is easy to follow, balanced
and even good tasting. Diets do not work for 95 plus percent
of the people that go on them for long-term weight loss. This
is a proven medical fact. Brad can show you how you never
have to go hungry and eat as often as you like, while still
losing weight and unwanted inches. Healthy eating and cooking
can be fun and "health food" can be delicious. Healthy snacks
are, unlike what we've been told, not only good for you but
a necessity in Bodies By Brad's healthy eating programs. This
section will be expanded in the near future with recipes,
healthy eating ideas and additional tips for success. Coming
